A 36 years old male patient came to the opd with chief complaints of pain in small joints of both upper limbs and lower limbs since 3 months
H/o easy fatiguability
Complaints of burning pain in the retrosternal area
Complaints of dyspepsia since 2 years
Not a k/c/o dm , htn , Asthma,tb
On examination:
Patient is concious, coherent and cooperative.
VITALS
Temperature: Afebrile
PR: 84 bpm
BP: 120/70 mmhg
SYSTEMIC EXAMINATION :
CVS: S1 S2+, no murmurs
CNS: NAD
RS: BAE+ NVBS+
P/A: soft , non tender
DAILY ROUTINE:
Patient was cheff by profession . He wakes up at 6 am and have his breakfast by 8 am and goes to work and have his lunch by 1 pm and then come back to home by 8 pm and have dinner by 9 pm and sleeps by 10 pm .
His daily routine is slightly distrubed as he is feeling tired .

Avoid spicy foods
